Job description

  • Promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety policies.
  • Oversee all aspects of full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
  • Serve as a point of contact with employee questions and assist with employee communications.
  • Assist with performance management processes.
  • Assist with reporting needs across all aspects of the HR function.
  • Organize events, facilitate training, and update staff information on ERP systems.
  • Support a variety of HR team initiatives and projects.

Job requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, preferably in HR.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Understanding of Mongolian Laws.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Effective English and Mongolian communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
