Brand Instructor

Job description

• Develop, plan, and schedule comprehensive training programs for staff;
• Assist with daily operational support at dealerships;
• Conduct training sessions focused on establishing high standards in customer care;
• Identify and clarify operational issues, providing advice and support for countermeasures;
• Lead initiatives to enhance customer care activities at dealerships;
• Promote and ensure adherence to the organization's brand philosophy among customers and within the market;
• Monitor and maintain quality performance metrics for dealerships;
• Provide translation services for business meetings, conferences, and related events;
• Ensure effective Customer Relationship Management practices are implemented.

Job requirements

• Bachelors degree in business management or a relevant field;
• At least 3 years of experience in training and development and/or hospitality industry;
• Proficiency in Japanese and communicative English;
• Exceptional communication skills in Mongolian, both verbal and written;
• Ability to research and acquire knowledge in new areas as needed;
• Potential to develop data analysis skills;

• Working Hours: 9AM-5PM
