About the job Head of Credit Rating Department
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the companys strategic vision and business plans.
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand service offerings and client base
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulators
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in tax advisory and compliance
Lead and motivate the executive team and staff to achieve organizational goals
Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Qualification:
Advanced degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. An MBA or a Masters in finance (preferred)
Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) can be advantageous
Extensive experience (10+ years) in the financial services industry, with significant experience in risk management, or a related field
Proven track record in a senior leadership role, preferably within investment bank, or financial institution
