Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the companys strategic vision and business plans.

  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand service offerings and client base

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulators

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in tax advisory and compliance

  • Lead and motivate the executive team and staff to achieve organizational goals

  • Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively

  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Qualification:

  • Advanced degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. An MBA or a Masters in finance (preferred)

  • Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) can be advantageous

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in the financial services industry, with significant experience in risk management, or a related field

  • Proven track record in a senior leadership role, preferably within investment bank, or financial institution
