Job description

  • Create and update job descriptions and specifications;
  • Post job openings on job boards and collaborate with external recruitment agencies;
  • Coordinate, schedule, and lead the interview process, ensuring a fair evaluation process;
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing the recruitment process of the company;
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate administration and communication;
  • Manage contractor contracts and oversee all related to human resources;
  • Draft, review, and update policies and procedures related to human resources;
  • Support and organise internal events and activities of the company;

Job requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources;
  • Familiarity with labor laws and other related legal knowledge;
  • Effective communication and and time management skills;
  • Strong ownership mindset with a flexible approach to challenges;
  • Ability to use MS Office programs;
  • Advanced English;
