Job responsibilities:

  • Receive and process parts orders from dealers;
  • Confirm order details and availability of parts;
  • Communicate with dealers to provide updates on order status and delivery times;
  • Maintain accurate records of parts inventory;
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed;
  • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy;
  • Prepare and pack parts for shipment to dealers;
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery;
  • Track shipments and handle any issues or delays;

Skills required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field;
  • 1 year of relevant experience;
  • Familiarity with automotive parts;
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in handling orders and inventory;
  • Ability to use MS Office programs;
  • Advanced English (Japanese is a plus);
