PowerApps & Power Automate Developer

• Develop custom business applications using PowerApps, tailored to meet specific business requirements;
• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes;
• Integrate PowerApps with various data sources, including ERP systems, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dataverse;
• Customize app behavior using PowerApps formulas, expressions, and Power Fx;
• Implement complex logic and error handling in automated workflows;
• Test and deploy apps and workflows, ensuring they function correctly and meet business goals;
• Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements, with a strong focus on ERP integration and business process alignment;
• Document the structure, logic, and processes of developed apps and workflows

Job requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 2-5 years of experience in software development focused on the user interface and user experience;
• Proven experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate development;
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with other business applications;
• In-depth knowledge of data integration and management, including SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dataverse;
• Proficiency in using PowerApps formulas, expressions, and Power Fx;
• Basic coding knowledge in languages like JavaScript or C#, Phyton;
• Experience in UI/UX design for creating user-friendly interfaces.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Advanced degrees or additional certifications may be advantageous;
• Advanced English (Japanese is a plus);
