Tax Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and reporting for the company
• Manage tax audits and inquiries by tax authorities
• Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities
• Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations
• Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations and advise management on the impact on the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CPTA or equivalent qualification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting or related field
• Strong knowledge of Mongolian tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax preparation software
