RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Verify that electronic invoices captured all the information of invoices have been accurately captured in Ezescan Desktop App
  • Ensure extend business partner number has been applied or enter it manually if required. Input the appropriate extend invoice type code.
  • Verify the Desktop App is correctly recorded in the Ezescan Web App
  • Verify info on the invoices are match with approved Purchase Order receipt data and code any extra charges or purchase price variance accordingly.
  • Match Purchase order and purchase invoices verifying the extend info with invoice in Laserfiche and record any necessary changes.
  • Maintaining cash applications
  • Maintaining historical records of all invoices, reports, receipts, and cheques by saving documents properly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information, investment decisions, or any other tasks assigned by the organization.Other responsibilities and duties as required by supervisor.
  • Additional responsibilities from the next Phases of the project.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Bachelors degree in accounting/finance/ business management.
  • +1 year of experience in accounting/bank/finance.
  • Strong data entry skill.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and/ or as a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of individuals and groups.
