About the job Corporate Services Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify that electronic invoices captured all the information of invoices have been accurately captured in Ezescan Desktop App
- Ensure extend business partner number has been applied or enter it manually if required. Input the appropriate extend invoice type code.
- Verify the Desktop App is correctly recorded in the Ezescan Web App
- Verify info on the invoices are match with approved Purchase Order receipt data and code any extra charges or purchase price variance accordingly.
- Match Purchase order and purchase invoices verifying the extend info with invoice in Laserfiche and record any necessary changes.
- Maintaining cash applications
- Maintaining historical records of all invoices, reports, receipts, and cheques by saving documents properly.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information, investment decisions, or any other tasks assigned by the organization.Other responsibilities and duties as required by supervisor.
- Additional responsibilities from the next Phases of the project.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Bachelors degree in accounting/finance/ business management.
- +1 year of experience in accounting/bank/finance.
- Strong data entry skill.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and/ or as a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of individuals and groups.
