Job description
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with dealers to increase sales;
- Product Training: Conduct training sessions for dealers to ensure they are well-versed in the features, benefits, and specifications of new vehicles;
- Inventory Management: Assist dealers in managing their inventory to ensure they carry the optimal mix of vehicles to meet customer demand;
- Maintain consistent communication with Japanese partners, providing updates on market trends, customer feedback, and product performance;
- Provide detailed feedback and suggestions to improve product design and functionality;
- Conduct thorough market research to identify global and local automotive trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies;
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to pinpoint key opportunities and potential risks in the market;
- Compile detailed reports and deliver actionable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies;
Job requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing Analytics, or a related field;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data;
- Knowledgeable about the automotive industry or a strong desire to learn;
- Proficient in MS Office suite;
- Advanced English (Japanese proficiency is a plus);
