Lead Analyst

Job Description:

• Lead analytical team to perform credit rating analyses according to approved methodologies;
• Communicate and conduct a meeting with clients to collect internal information that are relevant to ratings;
• Collect and analyze market, industry, and company data that are both quantitive and qualitative in nature from all available sources;
• Responsible for assigning a rating and its outlook for issuers / issues based on thorough and extensive analyses and producing final credit rating reports;
• Monitor and update the dynamic information and credit ratings in regular intervals;
• Present reports and findings to the Rating Committee in order to execute the final rating decisions;
• In charge of dessiminating the final rating decisions to clients, public and regulators;
• Implement rating procedures, methodologies, and industry models.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance and/or business administration; MBA or CFA preferred;
• 3+ years of professional experience, preferably with banks/securities firms;
• Advanced Excel experience, specifically in working with data sets;
• Strong skills in modeling, analyses, and reporting;
• Experience reviewing/interpreting/drafting business documents;
• A capital market professional certificate by FRC and MASD;
• Strong management and communications skills;
• Proficient with English, Russian / other foreign languages
