- Office Operations:
- Oversee daily office functions and manage supplies and equipment.
- Ensure a well-organized and efficient workspace.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence and prepare reports.
- Financial Admin:
- Manage office budget and process invoices.
- Oversee petty cash.
- Team Support:
- Address office-related inquiries and coordinate events.
- Help with onboarding and training new employees.
- Vendor Relations:
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of office management experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
