Job Description : 
  • Office Operations:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Handle correspondence and prepare reports.
  • Financial Admin:

    • Manage office budget and process invoices.
    • Oversee petty cash.
  • Team Support:

    • Address office-related inquiries and coordinate events.
    • Help with onboarding and training new employees.
  • Vendor Relations:

    • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
    • Negotiate contracts and oversee service delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of office management experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
