Technical Pre-Sales Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Pre-Sales Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for designing and developing technical solutions that not only meet but exceed our customer's business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Networking, Storage, and Compute, coupled with a profound understanding of Cyber Security solutions from leading vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
• Design comprehensive IT solutions that integrate Networking, Storage, and Compute technologies to support customer business objectives.
• Develop detailed Statements of Work (SoW) that clearly outline the scope, timelines, and deliverables for solutions provided.
• Act as a liaison between sales teams and technical staff to ensure accurate and viable solutions.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing how our solutions meet their needs.
• Stay abreast of technology trends and maintain deep knowledge of the latest products and services from leading Cyber Security vendors.
• Provide feedback and technical insights to product management teams to help shape future product offerings.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to remain a thought leader in the technology space.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role or similar, with a focus on Networking, Storage, and Compute.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex IT solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of Cyber Security practices and solutions from leading vendors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and projects.
