About the job Recruitment Officer

Main duties:

  • Sources, recruits, screens, interviews, and recommends external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs.
  • Respond to inquiries about the organization's recruitment activities and status of job vacancies, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organization's recruitment policies.
  • Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and develop interview questions in cooperation with the hiring manager so interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.
  • Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, and job offer materials in accordance with the job specifications so successful candidates have all necessary information to decide to accept the position.

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor's or higher education degree in Human Resources/Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years of working experience in mining industry
  • Previous recruitment experience is plus.
  • Professional in verbal and written English
