By referring job positions to others through our referral program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for making job referrals at StartupBreed Recruitment (referred to as "Company"):

1. Referral Submission: You understand that by submitting a job referral, you are recommending a candidate for the specified job position that the Company is recruiting.
2. Candidate Consent: Before referring a candidate, you must obtain their consent to be referred to the Company and to share their contact information with us.
3. Accuracy of Information: You represent and warrant that all information provided in your referral is accurate and truthful. Any misrepresentation or omission may disqualify the referred candidate from consideration for employment.
4. Data Privacy: You agree to respect the privacy and rights of the referred candidate. You must inform the candidate that their information will be collected and processed by the Company for the purpose of evaluating their job application. The Company will handle the referred candidate's data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
5. Referral Bonuses: If the Company has a referral bonus program in place, you may be eligible to receive a referral bonus if your referred candidate is hired and meets the program's eligibility criteria. Any bonuses will be subject to the terms of the referral bonus program.
6. Application Review: The Company does not guarantee that all referred candidates will be contacted, interviewed, or hired. The Company will follow its standard recruitment and hiring procedures.

8. Confidentiality: You agree not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information about the Company or its business while making referrals.
9. Modifications: The Company reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thailand.
