About the Role

As an Entrepreneur in Residence Intern, you'll support core operations and work closely with founders on projects that drive the business forward. You'll help improve processes, test growth ideas, assist with digital transformation, and support day to day execution across marketing, operations, and internal projects. Its hands-on, fast learning, and ideal for someone who wants to think and operate like a future founder.

Responsibilities

  • Founder Project Support: Work directly with founders on key initiatives that require research, planning, coordination, and timely decision support.
  • Systems and Workflow Improvement: Set up tools, build simple automations, and improve internal processes to help the team work faster and smarter.
  • Marketing and Community Support: Assist with content preparation, campaign execution, and engaging with our community across platforms.
  • Operations Support: Handle daily operational tasks with accuracy and speed, including basic coordination, accounting support, and legal or administrative follow ups.

Qualifications

  • Strong curiosity about startups and how businesses grow
  • Clear communicator who can share ideas and ask sharp questions
  • Fast learner who adapts quickly and solves unfamiliar problems
  • Proactive and organized in a fast moving environment
  • Collaborative and confident working closely with founders

Language Proficiency

  • Thai (Native or Bilingual Proficiency)
  • English (Working Proficiency)

Working Conditions

  • Work hours: 10.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m. or 9.00 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Hybrid working environment: 2 days WFH (Tuesday & Thursday)
  • 5 minutes walk from BTS Thonglor
