About the Role
The Marketing Executive supports the Associations marketing and communications activities across digital channels, events, and partner programs. This is an entry-level role (02 years experience) ideal for someone creative, proactive, and passionate about startups, community engagement, and digital storytelling. The position involves hands-on content creation, campaign coordination, and on-site event marketing. The role also contributes ideas for brand growth and helps strengthen the visibility of Bangkok Startup Association among founders, investors, and the broader innovation community.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for community events, workshops, and programs.
 - Create and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
 Support email marketing (newsletters, event invitations, follow-ups).
- Coordinate with design vendors, photographers, and videographers for content assets.
 Monitor campaign metrics and prepare simple performance reports.
Assist with press releases and media coordination when required.
Capture on-site event moments (photo/video) and post timely updates.
Ensure consistent branding across all communication materials.
Contribute fresh ideas for digital engagement and community growth.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
0-2+ years of relevant experience (internship or freelance accepted).
Strong command of English for copywriting and social media communication.
Familiarity with digital marketing principles and content scheduling tools.
Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and visual alignment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
