About the Role
As the Head Nurse / Clinic Manager, you will oversee the clinics day-to-day operations and lead the medical team to ensure top-tier patient care, efficiency, and safety. This role combines clinical leadership with operational oversight, managing nursing staff, front desk, billing, lab, training, and support functions to create a seamless patient journey.
You will collaborate closely with the Head of Operations and CEO to drive continuous improvements, ensure protocol compliance, resolve operational issues, and foster a positive and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
- Manage clinical operations with our team of nurses to ensure standard operating protocols (SOPs) are met for the highest standard of patient care and safety.
- Dispatch new nurses to client locations when infusion therapy or blood therapy requires escalation.
- Host regular meetings with nurses to identify issues, provide feedback, and improve SOPs.
- Oversee clinical training, skill development, and adherence to safety standards.
- Manage recruitment of nurses when workload reaches maximum capacity, and oversee disciplinary processes when SOPs or patient safety standards are breached.
- Resolve conflicts or disagreements within nursing teams to maintain a collaborative culture.
- Manage collection of blood and urine samples with laboratories and results scheduling.
Clinic Operations & Patient Experience
- Oversee front desk and billing operations, ensuring smooth patient check-in, accurate billing, and effective coordination with nurses.
- Work with the front desk team to optimize patient scheduling, flow, and communication.
- Ensure exceptional patient experiences through end-to-end care coordination.
Cross-Department Management
- Lead all departments reporting to the Clinic Manager, including: Front desk & billing, Nursing and nurse assistants, Pharmacy/dispensary, Lab engineer, Training & SOP coordination, and IT support
- Ensure alignment and collaboration between medical and support staff for operational excellence.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and develop staff across all teams.
Reporting & Strategy
- Report clinical and operational issues to the Head of Operations and CEO.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine workflows, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.
- Contribute to budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); a Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
- Current and valid nursing license in Thailand; First Aid/CPR certification required.
- 57 years of nursing experience, with at least 23 years in a supervisory or clinic management role.
- Proven track record in managing clinic operations across multiple functions (nursing, front desk, billing, lab, support).
- Experience in IV drip therapy, regenerative medicine, or wellness clinics preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in clinical procedures, advanced nursing practices, and EMR systems.
- Adept at conflict resolution, staff development, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
