About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious (Senior) Sales Director to lead revenue growth across luxury and lifestyle categories. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, and a high expertise in building client relationships on a senior level.

The ideal candidate brings experience in media, luxury, or lifestyle sectors, a proven track record of scaling revenue, and the ability to bridge luxury heritage with modern lifestyle and tech brands. The Senior Sales Director will work closely with the Thailand leadership team to develop the advertising strategy for the above verticals for multiple publications under us.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for new client verticals across luxury and masstige categories.

  • Drive revenue growth across integrated platforms: print, digital, social media, video, and events.

  • Expand client portfolio beyond luxury into automotive, tech, lifestyle, and premium consumer goods.

  • Lead negotiations and secure deals on a local and regional level.

  • Consistently generate and maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasts, working with team members to refine commercial strategy and fill in any gaps.

Digital & Creative Solutions

  • Build and sell innovative digital campaigns, with strong expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels).

  • Develop and pitch creative branded content solutions, including video storytelling, influencer activations, and social-first campaigns.

  • Partner with editorial and creative teams to transform brand objectives into compelling multi-channel campaigns.

  • Leverage analytics, audience insights, and social listening tools to refine campaign strategies and demonstrate ROI to clients.

Client & Agency Relationships

  • Build strong senior-level relationships with luxury groups, lifestyle brands, and media agencies.

  • Translate client goals into innovative, integrated digital and offline solutions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, positioning the company as a partner in growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Editorial, Social, and Creative teams to deliver digitally integrated campaigns.

  • Ensure alignment of brand storytelling with sales strategy.

  • Leverage data and market insights to refine pitches and client solutions.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years’ experience in media, luxury, advertising, or digital marketing.

  • Proven track record of growing revenue with enterprise-level clients in luxury and/or lifestyle categories.

  • Strong expertise in digital media sales, social media campaigns (IG, TikTok, YouTube), and creative content solutions (especially video storytelling).

  • Experience developing and selling integrated campaigns across digital, print, events, and social-first platforms.

  • Strong network in Thailand, with deep understanding of market dynamics.

  • Demonstrated ability to expand categories and open new verticals (e.g., tech, auto, lifestyle).

  • Strategic, commercially driven, and data-informed mindset.

  • Excellent business and numeracy skills.

  • Extensive magazine and digital knowledge.

  • Extensive contacts in ad agencies and luxury/lifestyle clients across all relevant areas including investment, planning, digital and client direct.

  • Excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills and experience of all at the highest levels to agencies and clients.

  • Extensive experience of commercial flair, marketing and media industry knowledge.

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills; comfortable with C-level engagement.

Working Conditions

  • This is a full-time position based at Wireless Road, Bangkok

  • Regular office hours are from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., Monday to Friday //Hybrid work arrangement (1 day WFH)
