About the Role

The Technical Solutions Sales role focuses on selling Oracle Cloud solutions to hospitals and healthcare institutions, supporting large scale digital transformation and enterprise IT initiatives. This is a consultative, enterprise sales position requiring strong cloud knowledge, the ability to manage complex stakeholders, and experience closing high value, long cycle deals. The role sits at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and business, working closely with internal teams, Oracle principals, and hospital decision makers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise sales of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based solutions to hospitals and healthcare organizations
  • Engage senior stakeholders including CIOs, IT Directors, digital transformation teams, and hospital management to understand business and technical needs
  • Position cloud solutions to support hospital systems such as HIS, EMR, PACS, data platforms, analytics, and AI-driven initiatives
  • Lead consultative sales cycles including discovery, solution design, proposal development, RFP responses, and contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with Oracle, system integrators, solution architects, and internal technical teams to design scalable and compliant solutions
  • Conduct executive-level presentations, solution workshops, and proof-of-concept discussions
  • Develop new enterprise accounts while expanding cloud adoption within existing hospital clients
  • Coordinate post-sale activities including implementation handover, training, and ongoing account management
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting, forecasting, and market intelligence for management

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in cloud, infrastructure, or platform solutions
  • Proven experience selling enterprise cloud solutions (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, data platforms, and enterprise architecture concepts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with long sales cycles
  • Background from enterprise cloud or system integrator environments
  • Experience selling to hospitals, healthcare organizations, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT environments and compliance considerations
  • Experience responding to RFPs and working on large transformation projects

Language Proficiency

  • Fluency in Thai
  • Full Working Proficient English
