What You'll Be Building

We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern who wants to own the full loop of social media marketing from ideas to analytics with one clear goal: drive awareness and engagement.

This is not an internship where you sit on the sidelines. You will be building content that moves founders, testing ideas in real time, and learning how to turn posts into momentum. You will work closely with our CEO and EIR while plugged directly into the startup ecosystem.

What You'll Own

  • Create content that carries StartupBreeds bold, founder first voice
  • Run our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Shape narratives that show what StartupBreed stands for and why it matters
  • Engage with our community and keep conversations alive
  • Track what works, double down on it, and cut what doesn't

What You Bring

  • A student or fresh grad hungry to learn and grow fast
  • Clear communication in English, written and spoken
  • Social media native instincts. You understand how attention works online
  • A sense of ownership. If it is yours, you get it done
  • Bonus if you can design, edit, or shoot. Mindset matters more than tools

Working Conditions

  • Work hours: 10.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m. or 9.00 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Hybrid working environment: 2 days WFH (Tuesday & Thursday)
  • 5 minutes walk from BTS Thonglor
