About the Role
As the Event Manager (Event Space Sales), you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to promote our event spaces, generate qualified leads, and drive bookings. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy, contributing directly to the overall success of our event space portfolio. This role requires a creative and strategic professional with a strong passion for events and a proven track record in sales and revenue generation
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: Shape and execute inspiring marketing strategies that position our event spaces as desirable lifestyle destinations, strengthening brand presence and attracting the right audience
Lead Generation: Proactively generate, qualify, and nurture leads through digital platforms, industry partnerships, referrals, and curated networking opportunities
Client Engagement: Deliver engaging site tours and presentations that bring each event space to life, responding to client needs while building strong, long-term relationships
Collateral Development: Create and curate visually engaging, on-brand marketing materials including brochures, presentations, proposals, and immersive virtual tours that tell the story of each event space, spotlighting its unique character, atmosphere, and lifestyle appeal
Digital Marketing: Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, email, websites, and paid channels to inspire inquiries and drive bookings
Events and Open Houses: Conceptualize and deliver open houses, showcases, and signature events that allow clients to experience the mood, flow, and possibilities of our spaces firsthand
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of trends through ongoing market research and competitor analysis, using insights to refine positioning, pricing, and marketing strategies
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets strategically, ensuring resources are invested effectively to deliver strong visibility, engagement, and ROI
Collaboration with Sales Team: Partner closely with the sales team to seamlessly convert interest into confirmed bookings, supporting negotiations, contracts, and client agreements
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus
Proven experience in event marketing, ideally within event space sales, hospitality, or lifestyle-driven environments
Strong understanding of the events industry, market trends, and evolving client expectations
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
A creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling marketing content and visually engaging materials
Proficient in marketing platforms, digital tools, and analytics to track performance and optimize results
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives seamlessly
Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Results-driven with a strong commercial focus and a passion for achieving and exceeding revenue targets
