They have redefined their retail with a "Fit by Day, Fun by Night" concept, offering a unique blend of stores, restaurants, and fitness establishments in a sprawling 180,000 sqm space.

We are actively searching for a Leasing Manager to enhance our property portfolio and introduce innovation into our leasing strategies. This key role requires a strategic thinker with a demonstrated track record in leasing management, a profound commitment to shaping property narratives, and the ability to inspire a dynamic leasing team. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring the issuing agreement process, drafting the agreements or notices, including any legal and agreement discussion
  • Check and comment on any amendment issue of the agreement and advice about legal amendment issues to internal department and external organization
  • Provide comments about the company and affiliates lawsuit. In case the company is sued and also files a lawsuit against the others, the Legal Manager will be the companys agent, which is empowered by the company to follow the right of law and agreement
  • Be the representative to describe or be the witness to the government sector in case of having any summons or complaints related to the company and/or being the lawyer as assigned
  • Follow up on the working progress of team members and make sure that the team works the same as the companys policy and standard for serving the companys demand in terms of quality, decreasing the costs quantity, handover time, and especially legal action and done in time
  • Coordinate with the legal consultant and facility to a lawyer for the cases

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Law, International Law, or a related field

  • Having completed a degree from an International Law School would provide an added advantage
  • Excellent Command of English, writing, reading, and speaking

  • 5+ years of experience in the legal field, preferably in an International law firm, public company, large-scale company
  • Strong experience in Litigation, Contract Drafting & Reviewing

  • Sound knowledge of the business/ legal contracts

  • Good team player, negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills
