About the Role
As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our operations in Thailand. This is a senior-level role that will require you to wear many hats and work closely with our global leadership team to drive the success of our company in your local market. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and direction of our business, and we are looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented individual to take on this challenge.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the Thailand market, including sales, marketing, operations, and financial planning
Build and lead a high-performing team of Thailand-based employees, including recruiting, training, and managing staff
Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government entities
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and continuously evaluate and optimize our operations to improve efficiency and profitability
Collaborate with the global leadership team to align Thailand initiatives with the overall company strategy
Provide regular updates and reports on the Thailand market performance and growth initiatives
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the Thailand market
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably in the e-commerce industry or a related field
Extensive experience in the Thailand market, with a deep understanding of the local business landscape, culture, and regulatory environment
Exceptional strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Strong people management and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate cross-cultural interactions
Fluency in Thai is required, along with proficiency in English

Working Conditions:
