About the Role
As the IT Director, you will lead our technology strategy and execution, overseeing both hardware and software systems to support our business operations. Your extensive experience in IT management and project leadership will be crucial in advancing our digital infrastructure, ensuring data security, and optimising our ERP and e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and sales, to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive innovation across the company.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the companys objectives
Oversee all IT operations and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
Manage and mentor the IT team, providing guidance and support for professional development
Ensure the security of IT systems and data, implementing best practices for cybersecurity
Optimise and manage ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce) to improve operational efficiency
Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, new implementations, and technology integrations
Collect and optimise marketplace data from Line, website, and other e-commerce channels, integrating it with Salesforce
Build out and manage Salesforce applications (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, etc.)
Monitor and analyse IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
8+ years of experience in IT management in the e-commerce field with a track record of leading successful IT projects
Extensive knowledge of hardware and software systems, including ERP and e-commerce platforms
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and other relevant technologies
Excellent leadership and team management skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
