About the Role
As our Marketing Director, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy and execution. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the company's growth objectives
Oversee the creation and distribution of all marketing content, including website, social media, email campaigns, and advertising
Manage the marketing budget and optimize spend to achieve the highest return on investment
Analyze market trends, customer data, and campaign performance to inform data-driven decision making
Collaborate with the product and sales teams to create engaging campaigns that showcase the company's offerings
Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, media outlets, and other key stakeholders
Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes and initiatives to stay ahead of the competition
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proficient in data analysis and the use of marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred
