About the Role

As our Marketing Director, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy and execution. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful customer acquisition and retention.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the company's growth objectives

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of all marketing content, including website, social media, email campaigns, and advertising

  • Manage the marketing budget and optimize spend to achieve the highest return on investment

  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and campaign performance to inform data-driven decision making

  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to create engaging campaigns that showcase the company's offerings

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, media outlets, and other key stakeholders

  • Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes and initiatives to stay ahead of the competition


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred
