About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media and PR Manager to oversee our social media strategy and public relations initiatives. As the Social Media and PR Manager, you will be responsible for developing engaging content, building relationships with influencers and media outlets, and driving brand awareness through integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn

  • Create compelling and visually appealing content (including graphics, photos, and videos) that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with our target audience

  • Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and events

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media contacts to secure partnerships and media coverage

  • Lead the development and execution of PR initiatives, including press releases, media pitches, and events, to enhance brand visibility and reputation

  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media and PR to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, PR Manager, or similar role, preferably within the food and beverage industry

  • 5+ years of experience, including at least 2+ years in a management role, with a strong background in startups or FMCG environments

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools

  • Experience in media relations, including pitching stories, securing press coverage, and managing media relationships

  • Creative thinker with a strategic approach to campaign planning and problem-solving

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage audiences effectively in Thai and English

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus

Working Conditions

  • This is a full-time position based at Maneeya Center Building, Bangkok, Thailand (right next to BTS Chidlom)

  • Regular office hours are from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., Monday to Friday
