Corporates Sales Manager
With engaging 1-on-1 language lessons and materials based on our student's needs and interests, our client brings people together and helps them understand one another through the power of language. Lessons are provided through a purpose-built lesson room that's integrated with our original learning materials to make online learning easy and fun.
As a B2B Representative, your main objective will be to drive business growth by acquiring new B2B clients. Your role will involve building relationships with corporate clients, promoting our online English lessons, and closing sales deals. You will primarily focus on selling our services to companies and organizations in Thailand seeking to enhance their employees' English language skills.
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in Thailand through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals
Conduct thorough research on target companies, understand their language training needs, and tailor sales pitches accordingly
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads by consistently engaging with potential clients and nurturing relationships
Present our online English lesson services to key decision-makers, HR managers, and other relevant stakeholders in target companies
Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about our lesson plans, curriculum, teaching methodology, and pricing
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns to support lead generation and conversion
Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, ensuring terms and conditions are mutually agreed upon and contracts are signed
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
Act as a brand ambassador for our company, representing our values, mission, and commitment to delivering high-quality English language training
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proven track record of at least 6 years in B2B sales, with ideally some in the education or training industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our online English lesson services to potential clients
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals successfully
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of the corporate landscape in Thailand, including an understanding of the needs and challenges companies face regarding English language training
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports
Fluency in English and Thai is required
