Our client is a new FMCG company in Thailand with a portfolio of plant-based products. Our products are currently being sold in Singapore, and have seen huge success rates due to our strong branding and taste, and we are now looking to expand our market in Thailand. We are looking for an E-Commerce executive with a positive, can-do attitude, to be part of this exciting start-up! You will initially be working with a small team, headed by the partners of this brand, and therefore may find that you will also be doing some administrative tasks. You will be working with an E-Commerce Consultant, Sales Executive, as well as a Marketing Manager

You will be exposed to many growth opportunities within the Thailand team, and also overseas, as the headquarters in Singapore also exports to many different countries in SEA, as well as Mongolia!

There 2 key functions of this role - Account Management and Online Content Management for the key e-commerce platforms. Oatbedient will engage an agency that helps with the creative content. Ideal candidates for this role are required to be comfortable working independently, being dynamic and well organized at work. One with experience managing e-commerce platforms and portraying good relationship management would be a great fit for the role.

Responsibilities

Ensure proper set up of operations in channel management and partnership with key platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, etc, or manage administrative tasks related to E-commerce

  • Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to generate sales revenue with channels and marketplaces

  • Manage reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts

  • Evaluate trends and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisions

  • Liaise with E-Commerce partners to build relationships and network, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives

  • Monitor and reply to customer replies appropriately across all online platforms to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience, aligned with best-practices

  • May need to engage in live-selling, either as a key person, or finding the right person

  • Ensure accurate product images and optimized product title/descriptions for our SKUs and campaigns

  • Identify content required to provide optimal product information and customer insight

  • Responsible for end-to-end e-commerce performance including sales, availability, pricing, listings content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfillment, after-sales service etc.

  • Find and keep in-house relationship status with KOLs or influencers

  • Ad-hoc project: Conceptualize, ideate and produce digital content ideas. Projects could include writing, photography, videography, design, motion graphics, video editing, photo editing, interviewing, directing, production managing, and LIVE broadcasts on different social media channels

  • Coordinate and work with in-house graphic designers and external marketing and PR agencies

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum 2 years experience in managing e-commerce business for a brand or relevant experience working with e-commerce platform

  • Demonstrate strong commercial skills and proven key account management experience across e-retailers and marketplaces

  • Demonstrate a general understanding in all aspects of supplier-customer relationship management including supply chain operations, finance, digital marketing and branding

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and in teams

  • Passionate about e-Commerce

  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
