The mission is to reduce asymmetric information in the automotive market by developing innovative technologies to help used car dealers deliver seamless online used car trading experience and for insurance companies to deliver holistic digital sales solutions with service-minded claims experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (B2B) to join the team in Bangkok, Thailand. The successful candidate and will be instrumental in identifying and securing new revenue streams from international business, expanding markets for Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Indonesia. This role requires maintaining long-term client relationships, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.

  • Report directly to the president and board of directors, responsible for identifying and securing new revenue-generating from international business, maintaining long-term client relationships, developing new business from existing clients and actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Formulate, develop, implement, and oversee business strategies, policies, systems, and processes in line with company objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth both in the short term (current product and services offerings) and the long term (strategic program captures and positioning)
  • Interpret the companys aspiration into Sales Target and formulate Sales Strategy; Sales Planning, Sales Forecasting, as well as conduct performance tracking to ensure target achievement

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Previous experience in maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A fast learner, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Conversational Thai, Full Working Proficiency in English and fluency in the native language (Filipino, Bahasa, Malay, and Chinese)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel overseas for work on a monthly basis
