About the Company

Our client is a rising-star mineral water brand, a 100% Thai natural mineral water sourced from the Chiang Dao district in Chiang Mai, an area certified by UNESCO as a biosphere reserve. Our water comes from underground hot springs at a depth of over 200 meters, within rock layers that are more than 350 million years old and emerges at a temperature of 60 degrees Celsius, offering superior quality and natural benefits.

About the Role

The role involves leading brand development, strategic planning, and marketing campaigns to create compelling, data-driven communications that align with business objectives, enhance customer perception, and drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage brand development of brand proposition, strategic planning, and marketing campaign to deliver compelling and differentiated communications that resonate with customers while uplifting quality perception and inducing customers to purchase
  • Innovate and develop compelling brand concepts with robust marketing claims tailored to resonate with the target audience
  • Coordinate and collaborate across Business Units and with key stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment with business objectives and successful campaign outcomes
  • Formulate precise briefs and establish clear objectives for marketing communications, working closely with an in-house communication function to ensure effective implementation across diverse online and offline platforms
  • Supervise the production of all marketing and branding materials, ensuring their seamless alignment with the established brand proposition
  • Conduct active research on industry trends and market insights, leveraging data analysis to identify and capitalize on business opportunities such as new channels and customer segmentation
  • Utilize competitive marketing data and customer insights to formulate actionable strategies for effective customer communication
    Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, extracting key learnings and identifying areas for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
  • Minimum 5+ years of total experience in brand management, with at least 2+ years leading branding projects
  • Experience in FMCG, startup, or agency environments is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position based at Maneeya Center Building, Bangkok, Thailand (right next to BTS Chidlom)
Regular office hours are from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., Monday to Friday
