About the Role

The Content Studio focuses on creating innovative, commercially-driven content for our luxury brands. As a Project Manager in the Content Studio, you will lead client campaigns from brief to execution, collaborating with editorial, sales, and strategy teams to ensure top-quality delivery. Key responsibilities include client advising, campaign tracking and reporting, managing freelancers, and contributing creative insights for new business pitches. Your understanding of the luxury industry will be essential for driving client engagement and campaign success.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all stages of client campaigns from brief to execution to ensure client deliverables are met, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders from editorial, sales, and strategy

  • Providing an exemplary level of client service to ensure increased retention and renewal rates

  • Working collaboratively with sales and advertising teams to identify upselling opportunities that contribute to company revenue

  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of our brands and the luxury industry to advise clients on best practices and ensure high quality client deliverables and output

  • Working closely with strategy and editorial teams to ensure campaigns are executed well and generate maximum reach and engagement

  • Tracking campaign metrics and developing reports for clients

  • Source and manage freelancers as needed

  • Participate in new business pitches by sharing insights and creative ideas

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing or agency experience

  • Experience coordinating with several teams at once

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to see the big picture and strategise best solutions in terms of work delegation

  • Ability to build strong, effective relationships with internal team members

  • Exceptional project management skills

  • Ability to pro-actively anticipate obstacles and create solutions.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other departments

  • End-to-end efficiency in project management and timeline management
