We’re seeking a HR Director who is responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with both short- and long-term goals. Overseeing team performance, this role enhances operational efficiency, streamlines processes, and manages HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and organizational development. Additionally, the HR Director leads employee assessments, performance evaluations, and ensures compliance with HR policies, fostering a productive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to foster sustainable organizational growth in the short, medium, and long term, considering the scope of all subordinate teams.
- Establish policies, analyze, plan, oversee, and evaluate the overall performance of all teams under supervision
- Study, evaluate, and streamline work systems or processes to reduce redundancy and enhance team efficiency under supervision.
- Analyze and improve work processes to enhance operational efficiency of the Human Resources team
- Develop HR management systems and policies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization
- Assess potential, support strengths, and mitigate weaknesses of team members under supervision
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management and administration
Knowledge of labor laws and ability to comply with relevant regulations
Effective communication skills
Flexibility in work approach with a willingness to assist team members
