Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Identify and evaluate emerging digital trends and technologies to integrate into the marketing strategy.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Create, manage, and optimize engaging content for digital channels, including the company website, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and blogs.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Manage SEM campaigns, including Google Ads, to maximize ROI and achieve targeted results.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize web analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign performance and achieve marketing objectives.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
  • Segment email lists and personalize email content to optimize open and conversion rates.

Online Advertising:

  • Plan and manage online advertising campaigns, including display ads, retargeting, and social media ads.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure cost-effective customer acquisition.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for specialized digital marketing services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or hotel management industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media best practices.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
