Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development:
- Identify and evaluate emerging digital trends and technologies to integrate into the marketing strategy.
- Content Creation and Management:
Create, manage, and optimize engaging content for digital channels, including the company website, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and blogs.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Manage SEM campaigns, including Google Ads, to maximize ROI and achieve targeted results.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize web analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign performance and achieve marketing objectives.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
- Segment email lists and personalize email content to optimize open and conversion rates.
Online Advertising:
- Plan and manage online advertising campaigns, including display ads, retargeting, and social media ads.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to ensure cost-effective customer acquisition.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for specialized digital marketing services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or hotel management industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media best practices.
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
