Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals

  • Oversee the performance management system and conduct feedback sessions

  • Lead the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures

  • Manage employee benefits programs and develop incentive schemes

  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills

  • Handle employee relations matters and mediate conflicts

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and recruit top talent

  • Utilize HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends and metrics

  • Champion DEI initiatives and implement strategies for equity and fairness

  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and industry regulations

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

  • Develop and implement succession planning strategies

  • Address and resolve workplace conflicts promptly and effectively

  • Lead HR aspects of organizational change initiatives and transitions

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles

  • Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Experience in setting up HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and managing diverse HR teams
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture

  • Expertise in designing and implementing effective performance management systems
  • Proficiency in conducting constructive feedback sessions and driving continuous improvement
  • Track record of developing and improving HR policies and procedures

  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations

  • Experience in designing and managing competitive employee benefits and incentive programs
  • Knowledge of compensation structures and benchmarking

  • Proven ability to design and implement successful training and development programs
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate HR strategies clearly to all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use HR analytics for decision-making

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
