Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
Oversee the performance management system and conduct feedback sessions
Lead the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures
Manage employee benefits programs and develop incentive schemes
Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills
Handle employee relations matters and mediate conflicts
Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and recruit top talent
Utilize HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends and metrics
Champion DEI initiatives and implement strategies for equity and fairness
Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and industry regulations
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Develop and implement succession planning strategies
Address and resolve workplace conflicts promptly and effectively
Lead HR aspects of organizational change initiatives and transitions
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles
- Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Experience in setting up HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and managing diverse HR teams
Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture
- Expertise in designing and implementing effective performance management systems
- Proficiency in conducting constructive feedback sessions and driving continuous improvement
Track record of developing and improving HR policies and procedures
Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience in designing and managing competitive employee benefits and incentive programs
Knowledge of compensation structures and benchmarking
- Proven ability to design and implement successful training and development programs
Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate HR strategies clearly to all organizational levels
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use HR analytics for decision-making
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
