Our client is a large-scale physical retail mall managed like a startup as it reinvents and reborns into an entirely new concept. They have redefined their retail with a "Fit by Day, Fun by Night" concept, offering a unique blend of stores, restaurants, and fitness establishments in a sprawling 180,000 sqm space.

We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and help drive revenue growth. This role requires someone with a proven track record in sales, a passion for the retail and lifestyle sector, and the ability to work collaboratively with a results-oriented team. Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities by tapping into new and existing markets
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Providing ongoing training for the sales team to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments for sales growth opportunities
  • Utilizing data analysis to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and managing the sales budget for optimal resource allocation
  • Overseeing lead-generation efforts and identifying new business opportunities
  • Conducting or overseeing sales presentations and pitches to potential clients
  • Working collaboratively with marketing, product, and other departments for aligned initiatives
  • Providing ongoing support to customers, addressing concerns, and ensuring positive experiences
  • Generating regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
  • Monitoring and controlling expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising sales outcomes
  • Leading negotiations for sales contracts, securing favorable terms
  • Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to differentiate the company in the market

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the retail, media, entertainment, or lifestyle industries

  • Proficient in data analysis to derive actionable insights from sales data

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an excellent command of the English and Thai language (Chinese a plus)
