About the Role
As a Mid-Level Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and business development efforts for our company. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with our customers. Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory or target market
Engage with decision-makers at all levels, from procurement to C-suite executives, to understand their needs and present tailored beverage solutions
Effectively navigate the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and other marketing activities to raise brand awareness and expand our reach
Provide regular reports and insights on account performance, market trends, and pipeline development
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the beverage, food, or consumer packaged goods industry
Proven track record of successfully prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with decision-makers
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
