About the Role

As a Mid-Level Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and business development efforts for our company. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with our customers. Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory or target market

  • Engage with decision-makers at all levels, from procurement to C-suite executives, to understand their needs and present tailored beverage solutions

  • Effectively navigate the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences

  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and other marketing activities to raise brand awareness and expand our reach

  • Provide regular reports and insights on account performance, market trends, and pipeline development


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the beverage, food, or consumer packaged goods industry

  • Proven track record of successfully prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with decision-makers

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
