We are a food supply chain online platform that aggregates over 10,000 items of food supplies, both fresh and dry, for restaurants, hotels, cafes, and caterers and delivers to their doorsteps within 24 hours.


About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Trainer. You will be responsible for boosting the sales and KAM teams' capabilities through targeted training. Create onboarding programs, deliver training on key skills, develop training roadmaps, and collaborate with teams to enhance product knowledge. It also involves assessing training effectiveness and recommending improvements.


Responsibilities

  • Elevate the sales team's & KAM teams capabilities to achieve team goals through training
  • Design and implement onboarding programs for new sales staff

  • Deliver training focused on selling, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as soft skills relevant to the company's products

  • Develop commercial training roadmaps and Sales/KAM individual development plans

  • Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and operations teams to enhance product and process knowledge

  • Provide training assessments and share results with superiors and participants
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training with measurable outcomes and recommend improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in sales training and development

  • Proven track record in sales

  • Experience in the food supply chain or tech industry is highly desirable

  • Experience in designing and implementing sales training programs

  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies; exceptional presentation and communication skills

  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills with strong leadership and motivational abilities.

  • Proficient in using training technologies and tools (e.g., e-learning platforms, CRM systems)

  • Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

  • Organized with strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams

  • Adaptable and open to continuous learning and development; strong problem-solving skills

Working Condition

  • This is a full-time position based at office in Bangkok, Thailand (near MRT Phetchaburi)
  • Regular office hours are from 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m., Monday to Friday
