About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Representative to help our revenue growth efforts. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships and closing deals with potential customers.

Our fast growth and focus on continuous improvement means that we are constantly updating our product offering to support the sales process. You will work closely with senior sales leadership as well as our COO & CEO who will provide support with closing deals and regular coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Generate restaurant and bar leads across Thailand with product demonstrations where needed

  • Negotiate contracts with potential customers

  • Check in regularly with existing customers to ensure needs are being met

  • Update and explain your sales pipeline on regular basis

  • Coordinate sales efforts with technical team

  • Prepare and complete sales agreements with confirmed customers

  • Support with the recruiting of more sales representatives

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality sector

  • A very strong hunger for generating leads and closing sales

  • Good understanding of sales process and dynamics

  • A commitment to excellent customer service

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build relationships with potential customers

  • Able and excited to work comfortably in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Competency with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
