About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Business Development to lead our sales, sponsorship, and client solutions team. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, developing strategic plans, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, deep knowledge of gaming and influencer marketing, and a proven track record in scaling businesses.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales, sponsorship, and client solutions go-to-market plans alongside the executive team.
- Manage and support a sales, sponsorship, and client solutions team to generate business growth across all customer segments.
- Responsible for sustainable business growth by increasing revenue year-on-year, tracking and managing the revenue pipeline, and delivering regular forecasts.
- Support the development of new commercial products to evolve and grow the market offering.
- Invest in and support ongoing training and enablement for front-line team members, including conducting regular status meetings and leading training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of hiring, managing, and developing diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and manage both direct and indirect reports.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales, sponsorship, and client solutions plans.
- Demonstrates empathy and a natural ability to connect, delivering solutions to client problems.
- High motivation for continuous improvement, ambitious to win, and focused on driving impact.

- Gaming/Influencer knowledge
- Startup experience & Entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience with Influencer Marketing
- Experience with Marketing Solutions
Language Proficiency
- Native Thai
