About the Role
As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of our Thailand-based operations. This is a critical role that will require you to work closely with our global leadership team, as well as our local stakeholders, to drive the growth and success of our company in the Thailand market. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the direction and performance of our business, and we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented individual to take on this challenge.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the Thailand market, including product development, sales, marketing, operations, and financial planning
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the senior management team, ensuring alignment with the overall company vision and objectives
Oversee all aspects of the Thailand operations, including product development, technology infrastructure, customer acquisition and retention, and financial management
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and continuously evaluate and optimize our operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including customers, partners, investors, and government entities
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the Thailand-based team and the global leadership team
Represent the company and its interests in public forums, industry events, and government interactions
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the Thailand market
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successful leadership experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
Extensive experience in the Thailand market, with a deep understanding of the local business landscape, culture, and regulatory environment
Exceptional strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and develop long-term, sustainable growth strategies
Strong operational and financial management expertise, with the ability to drive operational excellence and cost optimization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate cross-cultural interactions and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Native Thai is required, along with proficiency in English
