This role includes various aspects of human resource management such as recruitment, payroll, time attendance, employee evaluations, as well as other benefits and compensation schemes. Taking care of the workplace environment, including public utility systems, is also essential. Additionally, developing both the organization and its employees through initiatives like training, workshops, and organizing various activities is crucial

Responsibilities

Human Resource Management (HRM)

  • Personnel Recruitment and Image Building: Recruiting candidates from various channels, conducting interviews, verifying employment contracts and ensuring complete employee records in the Data Center
  • Compensation Management, Benefits, and Activities: Timely payment of salaries, proposing approval for various benefits and perks for employees, ensuring employees enjoy benefits, promoting team-building activities and organizational values
  • Employee Relations: Ensuring employee satisfaction with the company's care and holding Townhall Meetings
  • Annual Employee Performance Evaluation: Ensuring accurate time attendance data, and conducting performance evaluations
  • Documentation Work, Office Management: Ensuring all company and employee documents are complete and accurate, managing annual budgets, maintaining office infrastructure and utilities in good conditions

Human Resource Development (HRD)

  • Training and Development: New Employee Retention, new Employee Orientation, training, budget management, training plan implementation, evaluation, and reporting
  • Internal communication within the organization's policies, core values, and work guidelines:
  • Ensure that employees comply with company regulations, update internal communications promptly (e.g., organizational charts, company values, announcements, salary adjustments, bonuses/rewards)
  • Review and Update of Organizational Structure: Revise and update the organizational
  • structure to current standards, ensuring alignment and understanding among both management and employees

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, or related field
  • 3-4years of work experience in Human Resources/ General Affairs
  • Strong understanding of Real Estate Business Operations
  • Thorough knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Familiarity with Salary Calculation Software
  • Knowledge of Civil Law and Tax Deductions
  • Understanding of Social Security regulations
  • Excellent interviewing and negotiation Skills
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills, including Communication and Relationship Building
