Sourcing Specialist

What you will do

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract candidates through online platforms, social media, professional networks, and other channels

• Sort and screen resumes, contact references, and shortlist qualified candidates

• Provide regular updates to recruiter teams on sourcing progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights

• Build and maintain happy relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners

• Native Thai speaker, but your English is also pretty good

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role, with a focus on candidate sourcing

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates effectively
