Junior YouTube Producer

About the Role

We're looking for a Junior YouTube Content Creator to help us bring powerful, entertaining, and emotional stories to life. You'll be working alongside a Senior Producer to develop scripts, creative briefs, interview guides, and content plans that will engage a younger demographic (25-35 years old) while reflecting the heritage of the skincare brand.

The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart who watches a lot of YouTube, thinks in hooks and intros, and can write with clarity, wit, and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Research and write scripts, interview questions, and episode outlines
• Help brainstorm video topics and series ideas
• Assist in writing intros, call-to-action lines, and descriptions for uploads
• Support producers during filming (logistics, shot lists, cue cards, etc.)
• Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, TikTok formats, and content culture
• Revise scripts based on feedback and ensure tone consistency

Qualifications

• You watch a lot of YouTube, not just for fun, but because you love how it works
• You're full of creative ideas and also know how to get things done with small teams and fast pace
• You are a bit nerdy or have a passion for learning and teaching (educational content)
• You know how to run a set, even if its a small one
• You're interested in culture, people, stories, beauty and science too
• You enjoy working in a collaborative team scriptwriters, editors, talent, etc.

Language Proficiency

• Native Thai, working proficiency in English
