Recruitment Consultant

We build dream teams for revolutionary ideas and have been hiring for top startups, tech firms, and innovative business units throughout the region. These clients include Netflix, Apple, Traveloka, Gojek, and other inspiring companies.

What you will do

• Help drive the full-cycle recruiting process for inspiring companies
• Prepare job descriptions and source candidates creatively (inbound/ outbound & online/ offline) to find the diamonds in the rough
• Sort and screen resumes, contact references, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates
• Explore creative marketing methods to attract and engage with top-potential
• Organize our efforts into the relevant systems and update back-office processes
• Attend, engage and build relationships with stakeholders at internal and external events
• Take ownership of the candidate's experience and make sure they love you & us
• Build and maintain happy relationships with all our people touchpoints: Candidates, hiring managers, and business partners

• Have an understanding of full-cycle recruiting and creative sourcing strategies
• Can manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Quick on your feet and know how to solve problems
• Can work under pressure and deliver results within timeframes
• Native Thai speaker, but your English is also pretty good
• Thai nationals only

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, communications, or a similar field
• Knowledge of or previous experience as a recruiter/ customer service/ sales
