About the Role

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be a key member of Radiance's executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and profitability by optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to support the company's short and long-term goals

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's retail stores, supply chain, and logistics

  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and systems to enhance productivity and reduce costs

  • Manage and lead a team of skilled operational managers and supervisors

  • Collaborate with the executive team to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

  • Represent the company and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and board of directors

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience, preferably in the retail or beauty industry

  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and profitability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically

  • Strong business acumen and financial management expertise

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate teams

  • Hands-on experience with implementing operational best practices and leveraging technology to drive efficiency

  • Adaptable and adept at navigating change in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
