About the Role
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be a key member of Radiance's executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and profitability by optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution across the organization.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to support the company's short and long-term goals
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's retail stores, supply chain, and logistics
Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and systems to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Manage and lead a team of skilled operational managers and supervisors
Collaborate with the executive team to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Represent the company and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and board of directors
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience, preferably in the retail or beauty industry
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and profitability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically
Strong business acumen and financial management expertise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate teams
Hands-on experience with implementing operational best practices and leveraging technology to drive efficiency
Adaptable and adept at navigating change in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
