About the Role
As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital marketing strategy and execution for our agency and our clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that leverage a variety of channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing campaigns
- Analyze and interpret data from various digital marketing channels to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization
- Proficient in the use of various digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing software, and content management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex digital marketing concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals
