About the Role

StartupBreed is seeking a Talent Scout to join our rapidly expanding team. This isn't just about filling roles it's about building a thriving book of business, shaping our agency's growth, and maximizing your earning potential with uncapped commission. At StartupBreed, we specialize in connecting innovative startups with top-tier talent, and you'll be at the heart of that mission.

Responsibilities

  • Help drive the full-cycle recruiting process for inspiring companies
  • Prepare job descriptions and source candidates creatively (inbound/ outbound & online/ offline) to find the diamonds in the rough
  • Sort and screen resumes, contact references, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Explore creative marketing methods to attract and engage with top-potential
  • Organize our efforts into the relevant systems and update back-office processes
  • Attend, engage and build relationships with stakeholders at internal and external events
  • Take ownership of the candidate's experience and make sure they love you & us
  • Build and maintain happy relationships with all our people touchpoints: Candidates, hiring managers, and business partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, communications, or a similar field
  • Knowledge of or previous experience as a recruiter/ customer service/ sales

Language Proficiency

  • Thai (Native or Bilingual Proficiency)
  • English (Working Proficiency)

  • Base salary of 18K - 40K THB (depending on experience & skills)

Working Conditions

  • Work hours: 10.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.
  • Hybrid working environment: 2 days WFH (Wed & Fri)
