About the Role

The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the company's overall marketing strategy. This role will lead all aspects of marketing, including branding, digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and customer engagement. The Head of Marketing will work closely with the executive team to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's comprehensive marketing strategy, aligned with business goals and target audience
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including branding, digital marketing, content creation, public relations, social media, and email marketing
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI)
  • Lead the development and execution of effective marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer data to inform marketing strategies
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, training, and developing team members
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure seamless marketing integration
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing/branding leadership roles, preferably in a marketing/PR agency environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive results
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and branding
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
