About the Role

As the Senior Account Executive, you will be part of a team responsible for executing the sales strategy and building a market position for multiple clients. You will do this by working across the entire sales cycle from prospecting, lead qualification, and nurturing opportunities to closing deals, under the supervision of your team lead.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within your assigned territory

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential client accounts

  • Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our products and services, tailoring your approach to the specific needs of each customer

  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are satisfactory to both parties

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales and promotional campaigns

  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics to the sales management team

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities

  • Mentor and guide junior sales representatives, sharing your expertise and coaching them to achieve their full potential


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Software Sales, ideally to enterprises, or small to medium enterprises/businesses

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts

  • Maintain an extensive pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities

  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points

  • Craft tailored, compelling sales proposals and presentations

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and other teams

  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting

  • Continually seek opportunities to improve sales processes and drive operational excellence

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales quotas and targets

  • Proficiency in English

Working Condition
