About the Role

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is crucial in recruiting skilled talent, managing performance, and resolving conflicts to foster a supportive and efficient work environment. The HR Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues and will support the staff in achieving their professional and personal goals within the framework of the clinics objectives.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Staffing: 

  • Manage the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates. 

  • Onboard new employees and ensure they are smoothly integrated into the company. 

  • Develop job descriptions and specifications to accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of positions within the clinic.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including KPIs and other relevant metrics, tailored to various departments and roles.  

  • Facilitate and manage performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees. 

  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, and work with management to address any issues and improve overall efficiency. 

  • Manage and oversee succession planning, identifying and nurturing talent within the organization for leadership and critical roles.

Conflict Resolution and Team Coordination: 

  • Act as a mediator in conflicts between staff to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. 

  • Foster a positive work environment by implementing team-building activities and initiatives to maintain high morale and teamwork. 

  • Provide guidance and support to managers on maintaining healthy team dynamics and coordinating efforts across departments. 

  • Handle employee grievances and mediate workplace disputes to avoid legal challenges

Employee Relations and Engagement: 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy. 

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. 

  • Manage the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures. 

  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and focus groups, and address areas of improvement to enhance employee engagement.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory concerns and reporting. 

  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, implementing necessary changes to internal policies.

Training and Development: 

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. 

  • Ensure that training objectives are met and that training programs support the goals of the business. 

  • Oversee the annual training budget and ensure cost-effectiveness. 

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose appropriate changes or updates. 

  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive. 

  • Deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. 

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

Language Proficiency

  • Native Thai

  • Full Professional proficiency in English
